Shipping policy

Order Processing Information

• All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.
• We observe the following holidays below and all orders will be shipped afterwards:
  • New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Fulfillment time is 1-3 days. Please allow extra fulfillment time during all sales events.  Orders with bulk fragrance can take up to a week to be fulfilled.
• We cannot guarantee combined shipping for multiple orders placed in close succession.
• If there are any issues with your order, a service representative will reach out to you directly via email.

U.S. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We offer two shipping providers to best fit your needs.

• USPS 
• FedEx

The shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates based on each carrier's normal delivery times.  This estimate does not include processing and fulfillment time.  Please note: USPS no longer guarantees delivery times for Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and it could take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your package.

All orders will receive tracking information once fulfilled.
